Paperplay Week 25

This weeks Paperplay challenge was set by Dei "ooh la la fashion".

I decided to go with a handbag, I used a Pink Petticoat Template to create this and the MME Bella Bella papers.

...... I have been dying to learn how to do this! And I got to learn it today...yay! Over on Jessica Sprague's wonderful site! I signed up a few weeks ago for her Photo Editing online course, we are in to day 4 today and I am learning soooooo much!

Here is the pic I worked on today, a before and after! I will be giving all my photos the vintage look from now on, love it!

........this is my entry for SFTW, Double or Nothing challenge. We had two sketches this week to chose from, I chose "Sketch 2 by Donna". My new BG Lemonade paper pack arrived this morning from Cardz 'n' Scrapz, so I got to play with that, what gorgeous gorgeous paper!

Paper Roses, Paperplay

that time of the week again, god arent the weeks just flying by! this weeks paperplay challenge was set by julie,

"paper roses - use a flower (or flowers) on your project, but they can't be bought flowers, you have to make them yourself!!!"

New Craft Club!

Let me introduce you to..........

Yay!!!!!!!! Finally have it all finalised! Our first get together will be on Sunday 19th July from 12pm to 5.30pm in Kilmyshall, Bunclody, Co Wexford!

For a full day of crafting, we will be making a 12x12 LO, cards and more goodies and all kits supplied! I am really excited!!! A day of crafting, cupcake eating, chatting and having a giggle!

Hope you all are well! Made two cards today, one I can share, other one has to wait until tomorrow, as its for Paperplay!! I finally decided it was time to visit the doctor today about my ankle, so I have more pills to take and cream to use, have to keep it rested (when doc said those words all I heard was more crafting time....guilt free!! lol!!!)

Today is also a special and sad day, its my nieces anniversary today, thinking of you Lizzie, special angel.

Blue & Brown CRAFT Challenge Entry

This is a card I finished this morning that is my entry for this weeks challenge over on CRAFT Challenge Blog, this weeks theme is "2 challenges in one card, brown & Blue, fathers day or male themed" I went with doing a birthday card for a male as I needed one for my BIL's birthday!!!

Paperplay Sketch Challenge

This weeks challenge over on Paperplay is a sketch, designed by Sandie (well done missus!!)
For this I used BG Porcelain, MME Chipboard, and Tim Holz Spinners, I also used some glitter.
I had to restrain myself from wanting to "eat" the finished glittered chipboard, it looked so yummy and edible (reminded me of a HB Brunch!!!!!!) So pop over to the Paperplay blog as this week there is a wonderful prize from An Siopa Bui!!!! Tfl xx

I am back!

internet is back, TG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can ya hear me screaming???? Talk about feeling so lost! I am fed up cleaning, so glad to be back, lol!!! You would think I got creating with me free time??? Hardly any actually, just a few bits and pieces. Have to admit that it was nice to stop and smell the roses, and do some different things for a change! Here is some things I had been working on, hope you are all well, and thanks for all your lovely comments, its going to take me aaaaaaaaaaaages to reply to you all and catch up on your work, so please bare with me! I am alive....

yes just.....my internet has gone down at home, I am over a week without it, and still waiting on and engineer to call to do repairs, I feel like a limb is missing, I havent been able to keep up with anyone! The plus side is that my house has been spring cleaned, and I have pulled, cleaned and painted to within an inch of my life! I want my internet back! I am in the library at the mo, only discovered they had internet access the other day, but you are not allowed to load anything on to their computers, so I cant share any of my creations with you {{{insert tears}}} so fingers crossed please that the engineer arrives and gets me online again! Cutie creatures!

Decided to play today! But set myself a little challenge, to make cards QUICKLY!!! Something I can not normally do, because I cant stop myself getting carried away! But it was so nice to just sit down and do some quick makes for a change, really enjoyed it! Here is what I made, I borrowed these little Stampin Up cuties from my dear friend Sue, they will be returning home to her later, but I have been told then can come stay with me anytime they like! Yay!!!! What gorgeous stamps they are! Heartmelters! Tfl xx

Mans card is done using papers from CratePaper and swirl, maya road chipboard man, Making Memories Alpha rub ons and tim holtz game spinners
