my desk on wednesday

 woyww time of week YAY!!!! there has not been much happening on this desk since last thursday......it has been all go go go here since then with the easter weekend and I squeezed in my first ikea visit too yesterday.....now I am hooked on storage!   I started work on a magnolia stamp and as you can see I got no further than her skin....I am determined to get her on a card today before I head out to madhatters craft club tonight! hugs xx

  3. Hi Mandy thanks for visiting my desk, I see you have some ikea jars like me waiting to be filled with some nice stash?

    The buttefly stamp on my desk is from a stamping up set you get 3 large butterflys one small one, a flower and 5 sentiments.

    There is a project on my blog a few posts down that shows most of the stamps in use.

    Just spotted you litle bambi as I'm typing how cute is that.

  9. I think us crafters all get as obsessed over Ikea storage as we do our stash!! Most of my room is ikea stuff including the desk and shelving!
    Your desk is looking very productive. I haven't even attempted to put a stampotique image on that blog header you did for me yet. I#ll get there soon xxx

  11. What a pretty desk, I love the pink drawer set at the back and have those jars from Ikea... great for buttons and large beads etc!!

Yep another Ikea fan here, my desk and shelf unit is from there, I don;t have any of their storage as I work for a large Japanese company and I get given beautiful (empty) boxes from business trips the Engineers take out there, I have some beauties and have been thinking about doing a blog post just on them!! Surprised no-one else has spied the chocs on your desk today!!!

  16. Oh, I love Ikea storage!! I haven't been to Ikea for ages, I don't have a car and my local one isn't easy to get to by bus/train - and how would I get all those things home!!!

  22. I love those little Ikea jars, I have 20 in my craft room full or ribbons and buttons, and aanother 15 in the kitchen for spices lol Keep an eye open in the pound shops, as they sometimes get the exact same little jars in.

    I love finding new ways to store things.
    We have a new Ikea here in Adelaide (new?, well it's been open for a few years now, but I must confess, I have not been yet.)

  29. Lovely desk and what fun stamps! Do you have any trouble storing your Distress Inks on their side? I have my stamps in a great drawer, but too far from my desk and am looking for a different storage option.

  31. Ah yes, the joys of IKEA storage!!! As soon as my craftroom is finished, I can put up my new Expedit unit - very exciting!!!
