here she is part one of an amazing online art course, this week, our first week was to create an art journal spread and work on some inner healing: "Healing Focus: Transforming the inner critic's messages" and this is my self portrait and my positive message to myself
this was an amazing experience and I learned so much already I feel like a weight has been lifted, truly amazing, and thank you to tam for helping us achieve this, you are an angel.
