a few things for you today!! I got some exciting news during the week, the lovely ladies over at Crafty Creations Blog, have picked me to be on their DT!! This is a wonderful weekly challenge blog, for all crafts that takes place on Tuesday each week!! So happy to be on board, and thank you so much ladies for having me!

Secondly its Paperplay time of the week again! This weeks challenge was set by the lovely Kate!

I got to spend the most lovely day at the beach today with the kiddos and the family doggie! We had lovely weather and smiles!

Fairy found...........

at my craft desk this morning.....anyone who appears to be missing a fairy please contact me ASAP...will keep her confined until her owner is found.....just hope she doesnt chew her way through my paper stash!!

purple sundays...

didnt have a plan for making a card in my head, this one just happened........DH came home from work on Friday evening with the most gorgeous Laura Ashley kit for me.....called blossom, it had glittered and plain papers, brads, ribbons, chipboard....a little box of gorgeous'ness.....dont ya just love him....he knows me too well....forget bunches of flowers, just go for paper instead!!!.....so I got playing yesterday and made this gorjuss girl card!

Paperplay...boys, boys and boys!

This weeks challenge was set by Elisa! "Boys, boys, boys, make something for a boy - baby, child, teen or man" This is what I created, I took inspiration from the lovely new books that Annemarie has up on her site!...absolutely gorgeous! This week too we have a gorgeous prize, Crate Paper Pad from Crafty Alley

Paper Addicts Craft Club...first class!

We had the most relaxig day on Sunday! There was loads of distressing and creating going on, and plenty of inky fingers by the end of the day! We also had the most delicious chocolate cupcakes too! Thank you to all who came along to make it a wonderful day! We made a layout, receipe card, and cards. Here are some pics of our day!

Our next class will take place on Sunday 23rd August.

Saturday makes on a rainy day....

.......I finally managed to catch a fairy in a jar! god they are quick and mischievous.....hehehehe! I also had a card to make for a little girls birthday today, I had only minutes to make this one, so its only a quick make, literally, and not enough time spend on it for my liking, but sophie was delighted with it, couldnt wait to give it to her little friend at her party! soooo easily pleased!!

I hope she likes the fairy I caught her, I was going to give it to her when she gets back from the party!

Paperplay Week 25

This weeks Paperplay challenge was set by Dei "ooh la la fashion".

I decided to go with a handbag, I used a Pink Petticoat Template to create this and the MME Bella Bella papers.

Vintage photo....

...... I have been dying to learn how to do this! And I got to learn it today...yay! Over on Jessica Sprague's wonderful site! I signed up a few weeks ago for her Photo Editing online course, we are in to day 4 today and I am learning soooooo much!

Here is the pic I worked on today, a before and after! I will be giving all my photos the vintage look from now on, love it!

Stampin'for the Weekend #5 Double or Nothing

........this is my entry for SFTW, Double or Nothing challenge. We had two sketches this week to chose from, I chose "Sketch 2 by Donna". My new BG Lemonade paper pack arrived this morning from Cardz 'n' Scrapz, so I got to play with that, what gorgeous gorgeous paper!

Paper Roses, Paperplay

that time of the week again, god arent the weeks just flying by! this weeks paperplay challenge was set by julie,

"paper roses - use a flower (or flowers) on your project, but they can't be bought flowers, you have to make them yourself!!!"

New Craft Club!

Let me introduce you to..........

Yay!!!!!!!! Finally have it all finalised! Our first get together will be on Sunday 19th July from 12pm to 5.30pm in Kilmyshall, Bunclody, Co Wexford!

For a full day of crafting, we will be making a 12x12 LO, cards and more goodies and all kits supplied! I am really excited!!! A day of crafting, cupcake eating, chatting and having a giggle!
