all aboard!

finally completed my titanic layout, photo and boarding passes have been on my desk for 3 weeks now.

we had all headed up to the titanic exhibition in dublin on easter monday for a family day out, it was an amazing and moving experience to see all of the relics they have brought up from the wreck site of this great ship, learn about her passengers and soak up what was truly a once in a life time opportunity, we really really enjoyed it.  so here she is my contribution to her memory.  I tried to make everything look like it sat at the bottom of the ocean for nearly 100 years, so I was happily distressing!

This is great project and I love how you framed this photo.
That sounds like you had great time and learn something more about Titanic.
I'm fascinated with it to.
But just when I watched the movie I was more aware of human suffer and battle for surviving.
Anyhow,great work!

This is fab, Mandy hun - I love all the details - you've really achieved the aged look. Isn't it typical - haven't gotten around to going to the exhibition and we only live 25 minutes away - and there's you coming from waaaaay down there!!! I bet it's over now!

I saw the titanic exhibit when it was in Houston, TX. It was moving experience. I knew I would be touched by it but not as much as I was. You have done a lovely tribute layout to the great ship and those who died there. I may have to make a layout of my visit.
